John "Perky" Perkins

John "Perky" Perkins, another former Bellwood Lemmings General Manager, took over the DNFL's most nomadic franchise (Madison/Atlanta/Hillside/Westchester) in 1996, moved it to Rock Spring, and brought it some stability, six playoff appearances (as opposed to two before he took over), and a DNFL Bowl win for the first time in 25 years.

Perky has garnered the All M*A*S*H Award, Collusion Award, Comeback Owner of the Year, Executive of the Year (for leading Bellwood to a DNFL championship in 1992), the Jim Johnston Memorial Wang Award, Best Non-Move of the Year, the Penthouse to Outhouse Award, Owner of the Year, Puzzler of the Year, the Most Moves Award, and was part of the discussion as to whether Cubs fans should root for the White Sox in 2005 for the Best Argument Award.
